A Canadian version of the Cuba Libre
> Coke or Pepsi
> Canadian whiskey like Crown Royal or Canadian Mist
> Sweet Vermouth
> Angastura Bitters
> Marashino cherries
> Fresh orange slice
> Ice Cubes
> Start with a 12 to 16 oz glass (Let's put the danger back in Danger Kitchen).
> Fill 3/4 full with ice cubes.
> Shake in 20 dashes of Angostura bitters.
> Put in 3 cherries.
> Pour in 1 tablespoon or so of cherry juice.
> Squeeze in a large orange slice. Mineola oranges are best.
> Drop the squeezed orange slice.
> Pour in Canadian whiskey to fill one third of the glass.
> Pour in 1/4 inch sweet vermouth.
> Fill to the top with cola.
> Enjoy (in moderation).
