Ingredients
> Hard shell clams ( as many as possible ).
> Butter.
How
> Put the clams in a sink full of cold fresh water for an hour.
> Rinse away any loose sand.
> Use the clams right away or store on ice until ready to use.
> Preheat a gas grill until very hot.
> Put the clams on the grill in a single layer.
> Close the top of the grill and heat until the clams begin to open.
> Keep the open clams warm on the top rack until the rest are open.
> Serve hot with melted butter on the side.
> Stand back and keep your hands clear.
The table is set in anticipation. Roasters are the perfect appetizer for any meal.
